The Polaris RZR S 1000/General is available here as a Dual Full System Performance Series Exhaust. We saw a 2-4dB Increase with Quiet Cores installed, and 6-8dB without. The Performance Series from HMF has been the staple of the brand since it’s origin. Whether on dirt or pavement, this exhaust system has the capability of generating an even increase in horse power and torque while distributing an aggressive deep sound.
Performance Series – Dual Full System
9-11 horsepower at high RPMs and 5-7lb of torque at the wheels. The aluminum shells and stainless head pipe weigh substantially less than stock.
HMF Blackout exhausts have a specialized matte colored ceramic coating that is formulated to withstand extreme temperatures.
Fuel Tuning is absolutely required when installing an HMF Exhaust on this machine. Failure to tune the engine can cause excessive damage to the exhaust system and engine, while voiding the warranty on your exhaust and possibly on your machine. (check with local dealer).
Note: This system will use a wideband oxygen sensor that has 18MM threads and we absolutely recommend using the Dobeck AFR + Gen 4 fuel controller.
