Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced Salesperson to join the UTV Canada Team. We are Canada’s premier supplier of top-quality accessories with an 10-year history of offering great products and service to our dealer network and customer base of enthusiasts.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing an established account base of dealers, as well as providing sales and customer service to our growing market of enthusiasts. We’re looking for a professional with vast experience in the motorsports industry who has high personal standards in customer service and knows how to develop strong buying relationships with variety of decision makers. This includes business owners, parts managers and customers who love off-roading and the lifestyle it offers.

Here’s the qualities we’re looking for in a Salesperson:

  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, positive, hard-working, motivated, self-starter, great listener, customer-focused, persistent (yet not pushy) and open-minded people person.
  • You must be excited to prospect and develop new business while growing your customer base.
  • Must naturally love the lifestyle of off-roading in order to relate with our customers.
  • One to three year’s experience in B2B (Business to business) or B2C (Business to Consumer) Sales.
  • Demonstrable leadership qualities
  • Long-term career focus to grow in tandem with our company.

Sales and Marketing Manager

 

The primary role of the Sales and Marketing Manager will be to guide, mentor and work alongside the sales and marketing teams, while successfully developing and executing marketing initiatives and growing sales revenue.

The Sales and Marketing Manager duties include:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan outlining key initiatives, metrics and targets.
  • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and forecasts to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Mentor and lead your team, building upon their strengths in order to drive results.
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach and drive performance of your team members.
  • Identify emerging markets and trends while keeping a pulse on competitors.
  • Communicate effectively with other internal departments on industry trends, customer feedback, sales and marketing initiatives, etc.
  • Research, plan and implement a CRM
  • Provide ongoing sales training and guidance to the sales staff.
  • Guide and oversee the successful implementation of UTV Canada’s 5 Marketing Pillars.  These include but are not limited to:
    • Website
    • Content Marketing through emails and blogs
    • Branding UTV Canada and our sub-brands
    • Event planning and execution
    • Social Media

The Sales and Marketing Manager will possess the following personal and professional skills/qualitites:

  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a sales and marketing manager, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • A motorsports enthusiast that has powersports industry experience would be a huge asset.
  • Driven by success but not at the expense of your integrity.
  • Understands human behavior like a rockstar – as in you should have been a psychologist or you will be in your next life.
  • Committed to continuous professional and personal development – a lifelong learner and has the ability to inspire the same within others.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking to groups and giving presentations.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and strategic mindset.
