You brought a brand new part & accessory, you got it installed, started using it and unfortunately it failed.

At UTV Canada we sell over 10,000 parts & accessories from over 100 international vendors. Depending on the manufacturer and the product, warranty coverage can vary slightly.
All products are warrantied to the original purchaser and proof of purchase must be provided for all warranty claims.

The first step in the warranty process is to fill out the form on this web page. UTV Canada does not process any warranty claims without this form being submitted. This rule applies to both UTV Canada authorized dealers and retail clients.

Please note: all warranty claims require photos and proof of the break/malfunction. 

Once your warranty has been submitted, a UTV Canada representative will be assigned to your case. We will take your claim, reach out to the manufacturer and identify a course of action. We will keep you in the loop throughout the warranty process and work to resolve the issue for you. Once your warranty claim has been approved, we will arrange shipping & logistics to get you taken care of.

UTV Canada will not be held liable in the event that a manufacturer does not warranty such a product.

What is the warranty on my SuperATV Axles

Rhino

SuperATV Rhino Brand Axles (excluding boots) are warrantied to the original purchaser for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If the axle fails for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase, SuperATV will ship a replacement axle free of charge. If the axle fails after 60 days, but within the first year of the date of purchase, the purchaser must pay a flat $75.00 replacement fee. In all warranty cases, the purchaser must provide SuperATV with proof of purchase and proof of breakage.

Rhino 2.0

SuperATV Rhino 2.0 Axles (excluding boots) are warrantied to the original purchaser for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase. If the axle fails for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase, SuperATV will ship a replacement axle free of charge. If the axle fails after 60 days, but within the first 18 months of the date of purchase, the purchaser must pay a flat $75.00 replacement fee. In all warranty cases, the purchaser must provide SuperATV with proof of purchase and proof of breakage.

X300 (just in case)

SuperATV X300 Axles (excluding boots) are warrantied to the original purchaser for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. If the axle fails within 3 years from the date of purchase, SuperATV will ship a replacement axle for a flat fee of $130. The axle may be replaced as many times as needed during the original warranty period. Damage resulting from lack of maintenance such as, but not limited to, running for an extended period of time with a damaged boot and/or no grease. X300 axles used with non-SuperATV lift kits are not warrantied against spline damage, due to variation of suspension travel in other manufacturers lift kits. In all warranty cases, the purchaser must provide SuperATV with proof of purchase and proof of breakage.

What is the warranyt on SuperATV Prop Shafts?

SuperATV Rhino Driveline Prop Shafts (excluding boots) are warrantied to the original purchaser. If the prop shaft fails for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase, SuperATV will ship a replacement free of charge. If the failure occurs after 60 days, but within the warranty period, the purchaser must pay a flat $100.00 replacement fee. In all warranty cases, the purchaser must provide UTV Canada with proof of purchase and proof of breakage.

Warranty Periods:

  • Bounty Series Prop Shafts: 24 months
  • C Series Prop Shafts: 12 months
  • U Series Prop Shafts: 12 months

What is the warranty on my SuperATV Differential?

When filling gear case use only approved gear lube. Failing to properly fill and maintain lube will void this warranty.

SuperATV extends the following limited 18-month warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser. SuperATV warrants this product and its parts (excluding bearings, seals, & gaskets).

This warranty is limited to material and/or workmanship defect at the time of shipment from the factory, and in no event shall seller have any liability for consequential damages of any kind resulting from a breach of this warranty.

This warranty will be void on all products that show evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from original design. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, either expressed or implied, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Procedures for obtaining warranty service:

If it is determined that repairs are required to your Differential, you MUST acquire an RGA number from our customer service team. RGA's and repair services are ONLY rendered by SuperATV. Any shipping costs incurred after 30 days (starting from the original purchase date) on any Differential returned for repair is the customer's responsibility. Shipping information, including address and method, will be given to you by our customer service team and/or listed on our website when you create your RGA.

Depending on the outcome of the inspection, you may be required to pay a replacement fee for the broken parts (prices may vary depending on parts that need to be replaced). We do our best to get your issues corrected as soon as possible so you can get back out on the trails.

If you have product that is outside of warranty coverage or it is determined that product shows evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from original design. Customer will be notified and we will repair for a $250 fee.

What is the warranty on my SuperATV A-Arms?

SuperATV provides the finest A Arms in the market and offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY to go with it. If for any reason an arm bends, breaks, or fails we will replace it free of charge. Whether you pile it up or your buddy took it for an innocent test ride, we've got you covered.

Do ball joints and tie rods carry warranty?

Ball joints and tie rod ends are considered wear and tear items and do not carry a lifetime warranty.

What is the warranty on Rogue Products?

All Rogue products carry a 1-year warranty from the time of purchase.
