Beef Up Your Steering
You count on your Polaris Ranger 800 for all sorts of stuff. It’s your most valuable tool all week long and your favorite toy on the weekend. But your stock rack’s got a huge problem—it’s wearing out, like all racks do. That’s why you need something that does it better. Upgrade to SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion. It’s X24 Tech and dual-bushing design reduce wear by over 50%. It’s built to handle massive tires and wild rides.
X24 Tech Dual Bushings Change the Game
We use a dual PTFE bushing design to prevent the wear and tear that you’re used to. Thanks to our X24 Tech, which uses tough bushings at both ends of the rack, RackBoss 2.0 can power through bigger hits with larger tires without getting sloppy steering. You get like-new operation that lasts longer than any other Ranger 800 steering rack. Plus, the built-in grease fittings allow you to push out all the crud that can get in when you go hard in mud or water. It’s only possible with RackBoss 2.0.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our steel swaged tube tie rods give you a ton of strength in a lightweight tube. Our swaged design significantly improves the durability of the 7/8” diameter tubing. They feature 16 mm inner ball and sockets along with 14 mm outer tie rod ends to make sure the weak points are as strong as possible. They’re perfect for the casual rider that’s tired of their stock performance.
Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
You need a set of solid steel bar tie rods if you want to get wild. These 1” diameter rods are paired with superior heim joint tie rod ends too. They use 16 mm rack threads and 3/4” rod threads for extreme strength. These tie rods can put up with all the heavy-duty upgrades you can dream up for your Defender—not to mention all the abuse you put it through.
