Smart Design, Easy Installation
Each windshield is precision cut to perfectly match the contours of your machine. The full-length rubber seal and heavy-duty clamps keep your windshield from rattling or slipping, no matter how hard you ride. One of the best things about this windshield is how easy it is to install. It arrives complete with all required hardware, so all you have to do is apply the seal and clamp it on. And it’s just as easy to remove, so on those nice days when you want full airflow, you can have it off in a matter of minutes.
Polycarbonate Construction
There’s no stronger material for a RZR Turbo windshield than polycarbonate. It’s 250 times stronger than glass and twenty-five times stronger than acrylic?in other words, you don’t have to worry it cracking or breaking. At 1/4″ thick, you can rest assured and ride hard knowing that your windshield is totally impact resistant.
XR Optic Hard Coating
For even more protection, choose our proprietary XR Optic Hard Coating. We’ll cover both sides of your windshield with this scratch-resistant coating, offering unmatched protection from scratches and abrasion. The coating is also UV resistant, so you’ll never have to worry about it yellowing or fading over time. Our windshield is available in a 1/4″ hard coated, scratch resistant polycarbonate material or non-hard coated clear polycarbonate. With a polycarbonate full windshield, you can ride through every season.
Scratch Resistant
Our scratch resistant version is has been hard coated on both sides so that it can take hits from branches and rocks without becoming a streaky mess of scratches. It’ll protect you from debris and cold wind and is available in clear and lightly tinted variations.
Our hard coating is so scratch resistant that our tests show it can withstand 100,000+ wipes without showing signs of wear. Clean it all you want because that’s more than enough for the lifetime of the windshield. Lexan
Lexan is up to 200 times stronger than glass and will protect you from heavy impacts from rocks, branches, or gravel. Lexan is not hard coated and it is not recommended for riders with a hand-wiper.

Scratch Resistant Polycarbonate
Our windshield is made with 1/4″ hard coated polycarbonate. It’s 250 times stronger than glass (aka indestructible) and it’s nearly as abrasion resistant as glass. This windshield can take hits from rocks, bushes, branches, and your angry neighbor without scratching or scuffing.
Standard Polycarbonate
Our windshield is available as a non-hard coated standard polycarbonate as well. This 1/4″ polycarbonate is still unbreakable and will stop anything from getting into the cab. It’s perfect for keeping out the elements for a casual rider.
