The HMF Performance Series Dual Full System Exhaust for the Polaris RZR RS1 has the capability of generating an even increase in horse power and torque while distributing an aggressive deep sound.

The Performance Series from HMF has been the staple of the brand since it’s origin. Whether on dirt or pavement, this exhaust system has the capability of generating an even increase in horse power and torque while distributing an aggressive deep sound.

The Polaris RZR® RS1 is available as a Dual Full System in the 4″ Performance  Series. The Dual Full System picks up 4-5 horsepower at high RPMs and 2lb of torque at the wheels.The exhaust system also picked up more power when we installed the HMF Quiet Cores.  Additionally, the aluminum shells and stainless head pipe weigh substantially less than stock.

  • Performance-No Quiet Cores: Idle: 92 dB 4000 RPM: 100 dB

HMF exhausts are fully customizable and include a Blackout option – these exhausts have a specialized matte colored ceramic coating that is formulated to withstand extreme temperatures.

Typically, fuel tuning is not required when installing an HMF Exhaust on this machine. However, other modifications to the machine may require the need for fuel tuning to ensure the machine runs properly, and there is no damage to the exhaust system. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • Orders received before 3pm MST will ship out that same day, provided the product is in stock.
  • Please note that our courier doesn’t ship to PO box addresses.  Please provide a physical shipping address.
  • Loomis is our courier of choice.  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info from Loomis when your product ships.
  • UTV Canada is not responsible if an order takes longer than expected once shipped. Shipments may take longer to arrive during peak season due to the influx of shipments made by the courier.
  •  UTV Canada reserves the right use alternate shipping partners such as Canada Post and Purolator as necessary, typically in beyond-destination situations.
  • The shipping rate is a flat rate shipping on an ordering basis. Every time you place an order, you will be charged for shipping. The rate and time depend upon the region in which you live. See the chart below.
  • The only exception is if the item is oversized, as determined by the courier company.
  • If an item is oversized, we will notify the customer with shipping freight quote.

Exhausts

The HMF 2-year limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. Any exhaust that is damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, incorrect air/fuel mixture, impact or crash damage will not be covered by the warranty. Any exhaust that is not covered by the warranty can be repaired by HMF at the customers expense.

Shipping damage must be reported to HMF within 1 week of receipt. Shipping damage is not the responsibility of HMF. HMF will assist you in filing a claim with the shipper so you may be reimbursed for the damage.

HMF will not be responsible for any damage caused to the exhaust or any other component due to incorrect air/fuel mixture. It is the end customers responsibility to ensure that their machine is properly tuned.

All exhaust must be free of all mud & debris or a $30 cleaning fee will be charged. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to HMF.
