Smart Design
We make our RZR 900 windshields right here in our facility so we can ensure a perfect fit on your UTV. With a full-length rubber bulb seal and secure clamps, you get a snug, rattle-free fit that won’t let the elements in around the edges. Our design also makes it easy to install, and you can remove it in a minute or two when the weather’s warm.
Complete the Look with a Printed Windshield
The only thing that could make this upgrade any better is choosing a printed UTV windshield at checkout. If you think this is some cheap windshield decal that’s going to peel off or fade a few months in, think again. These designs are printed directly onto the windshield using UV-protected ink to give your ride a finished, automotive look. We have multiple designs to choose from, each one showcasing your unique style and providing some extra shade in the process.
Polycarbonate Construction
Why do we use polycarbonate for our windshields? Because it’s the strongest windshield material you can get, period. Our 1/4″ polycarbonate is 250 times more impact resistant than glass so it won’t crack or break no matter what the trail throws at you.
XR Optic Hard Coating
For ultimate protection and performance, choose our proprietary XR Optic Hard Coating. You can’t get protection this good anywhere else. It gives you ultimate scratch resistance so your windshield doesn’t turn into a streaky mess after your next ride. It also provides superior UV resistance so you don’t get sun spots, yellowing, or fading after riding all summer long.

Protect yourself from the elements and the trail with a full windshield for your Polaris RZR 900. When you’re racing through the trail, there’s no better way to protect yourself from your buddy’s rooster tail or the rain and sleet than with a polycarbonate full windshield. Our windshield is available in a 1/4″ hard coated, scratch resistant polycarbonate material or non-hard coated clear polycarbonate. With a polycarbonate full windshield, you can ride through every season.
Scratch Resistant
Our scratch resistant version is has been hard coated on both sides so that it can take hits from branches and rocks without becoming a streaky mess of scratches. It’ll protect you from debris and cold wind and is available in clear and lightly tinted variations.
Standard Polycarbonate
Our windshield is available as a non-hard coated standard polycarbonate as well. This 1/4″ polycarbonate is still unbreakable and will stop anything from getting into the cab. It’s perfect for keeping out the elements for a casual rider.
