About Dalton Clutches

The original Sportsman 850 XP model. This kit uses optional primary springs for preferred engagement with the original secondary clutch.

Sportsman 850 clutch kits can be set up for different terrain and tires sizes/elevations. This means accurate clutch tuning for your situation. Improved acceleration as well as better backshifting as the vehicle comes under load.

Kits include Dalton’s patented “Quick Adjust” flyweight system that allows you to add or subtract weight from the flyweights without even removing the flyweights from the drive clutch. This is a great feature for those who run different tires in alternate seasons! The new “Quick Adjust” SP850 flyweights included have a different curvature, and location of mass which allows superior belt grip and RPM control.

  • Orders received before 3pm MST will ship out that same day, provided the product is in stock.
  • Please note that our courier doesn’t ship to PO box addresses.  Please provide a physical shipping address.
  • Loomis is our courier of choice.  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info from Loomis when your product ships.

  •  UTV Canada reserves the right use alternate shipping partners such as Canada Post and Purolator as necessary, typically in beyond-destination situations.
  • The shipping rate is a flat rate shipping on an ordering basis. Every time you place an order, you will be charged for shipping. The rate and time depend upon the region in which you live. See the chart below.
  • The only exception is if the item is oversized, as determined by the courier company.
  • If an item is oversized, we will notify the customer with shipping freight quote.
