Why We Make It
A broken blow off valve is nothing to mess with and the OEM plastic piece just doesn’t hold up to the power and vibration of the RZR Turbo. SuperATV’s Rev1 aluminum blow off valve is your answer for replacing a critical component that often fails within the first year. If you’re noticing a loss of power, your OEM blow off valve is the likely culprit.
The REV1 Blow Off Valve
Each blow off valve is constructed of 6061 aluminum, leaving you with a high quality part that is guaranteed to last you mile after grueling mile. The RZR Turbo blow off valve comes black and anodized and utilizes a must-have fully recirculating valve that accurately directs all turbo pressure back into your intake system – right where you want it for taking full advantage of your turbo system. The fully sealed design keeps our dust and debris like a boss. So whether you are blasting through the desert or sloshing through the mud, SuperATV’s Rev1 blow off valve has you covered and you will keep you running strong.
How to know if your blow off valve is bad
The factory Polaris blow off valve is constructed of a plastic material that is barely good enough to get the job done. Problems arise when your blow off valve fails to open properly – from either sticking or cracking. When this happens your RZR will go into limp mode, lose power, or throw on a check engine light. Although a combination of other problems can cause these errors, a faulty blow off valve is the most common.
