The only condition manufacturers didn’t design for was mud totally stopping up the cooling fins. By relocating the radiator higher, you can keep it free of mud and easily access the radiator for cleaning and rinsing.

Note: This kit only fits the current “large” body style 500/700/800 Rangers and 900 Diesel Rangers with the small hood that has a front hood latch and opens from teh front and folds backwards. It does not fit any small/midsize 400/500 Rangers or any older 500/700 Rangers that have the old body style with the hood that latches in the rear and opens from the rear and folds forward.
Note: This kit was designed for mud riding applications and not for prolonged high speed riding.
